Gobbela’s Little Toe

This gaunt and swollen toe belonged to the sea hag Gobbela Bleeckmosschel. You can use it to turn 1 ounce of nonmagical liquid into a potion. To do so, you spend 1 minute stirring the liquid clockwise or counter­clockwise with the toe. If you stir clockwise the result is a potion of healing. If you stir counterclockwise the result is a philter of love. In either case, the potion loses its magical properties after 8 hours, and you can’t use the toe in this way again until the next dawn.
